Celebrities can’t be kept behind, whether it comes to making headlines or surging an interest among the fans with a sudden TV appearance.

Dancing with the Stars is dance reality show that banks on celebrities to pull crowds. So, it’s no big deal when a top-notch celebrity signs up to set the floor on fire in a new season.

But I feel, when a beach beauty like Pamela Anderson gives a nod for an appearance, then it has to be the talk of the town.

She will be seen shaking legs with a trained dance in the brand new season of the sizzling dance reality show. Sources close to the latest development confirmed that the deal with the buxom bombshell is sealed.

With Pam as one of the celebrity dancers, the show has already roped in some new fans to watch the competition in the forthcoming season.

Having said that, I won’t be surprised to see Dancing With the Stars hitting a new height in terms of popularity. Already online world is abuzz with the speculations of Pam’s possible avatar in new episodes. And it takes no prior knowledge to figure out what the audience would like ‘to see’ in the hotshot.

I am not saying that real dance will dwindle with Pam’s appearance. It’s just that the series will have the X-factor with the Baywatch beauty on board.

Chaz Bono Invites Trouble For Being On DWTS!

Trouble just never seems to end for this lady…err…now man. Chaz Bono, the child of pop star Cher and Sonny, has been all over the news since the last few years, owing to his much publicized gender-transition surgery.

Chaz was born as a girl, but always felt like a boy from within. She got her sex changed surgically a few years back and is now a man. Chaz got her breasts removed and took a high dosage of male steroid hormones to do so.

Since his much hyped surgery, Chaz has written three books and even starred in a documentary called Becoming Chaz. He is an activist to ensure equal rights for gays, lesbians and transgender individuals.

Chaz has always been surrounded by controversies since his childhood. In the latest one, there is uproar of opposition to the participation of Chaz on Dancing with the Stars.

Many people including leading psychiatrist Dr. Keith Albow and the Florida Family Association have criticized the so-called celebration of getting a sex-change operation! Dr. Keith says watching Chaz Bono will lead to development of sexuality related doubts among impressionable teenagers who are still coming to terms with puberty.

It may influence the tomboyish girls to begin wondering if they are actually boys inside a girl’s body. Also, boys who cry as they are undergoing depression or are sensitive or love flowers may begin to question their sexuality and consider taking extreme steps like those taken by Chaz.

Nicole Scherzinger to Simon: “You Can’t Fire Me”!

It seems that despite all his success in the reality show biz, Simon Cowell isn’t the happiest man around.

Ever since his infamous fall-out with former X-Factor judge, Cheryl Cole, Simon has been at an odd position, as far as the show’s judges’ panel is concerned.

Rumor has it that the media mogul has been trying to have a conversation with Cheryl, requesting her to return for his U.S. version of the show. But Cheryl is no mood for negotiations, and seems to be strong-willed about not looking back.

One may wonder why Simon would wish for Cheryl’s return, especially with the gorgeous Nicole Scherzinger by his side, as the newest judge on the show.

Well, maybe his recent comments about Nicole being ‘mean and selfish’ hold the key to the answer.

Even though the comments were apparently made in good humor, there seems to be some truth to them, which surfaced with Nicole retorting with sarcasm. She jokingly said that there’s no way Simon could get away with firing her, as easily as he did with Cheryl.

Talking of the relationship that she shares with the other judges on the show, namely Paula Abdul and LA Reid, Nicole said that she loves their ‘dysfunctional family, and cannot be gotten rid off’.

Meanwhile, Simon seems to be facing quite some difficulty in coming to terms with the tension between him and Cheryl.

Sounding over-confident, he and the sensational star will eventually work out their differences, because of the wonderful history that they share.

He went on to say that they are still good friends, even though their communication is restricted to phone calls.

To me, this sounds like a desperate man trying to cover up his guilt.

As for Nicole, she sounds like she’s determined to be here, to stay despite what anyone may think of her.

So…Who’s Going To Dance with The Stars In Season 13?

Have you heard about the star cast for the upcoming Dancing with the Stars season 13? Have you heard who’s coming and who’s not coming?

Is Dina Lohan, the fame-hungry mother of Lindsay Lohan, coming for the new season?

Is the boxing legend, Mike Tyson coming? Or is Jeb Bush, the former governor of Florida, coming in as well?

See, there are so many rumors going around that would make it hard for anybody to stay stable and not jump like rabbits, out of sheer excitement!

Even Regis Philbin of ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’ fame has been invited for the new season, but this one is almost official as Regis himself announced the news on his renowned television show.

Now, names like the current United States soccer star – Landon Donovan – are being touted as one of the cast members, along with the diminutive ‘Jersey Shore’ star, Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, or just Snooki.

If Snooki is cast on the show, then her short frame (she is only four feet and nine inches tall) would certainly pose a problem for the crew members, especially when they will choose her outfits.

Among star names being mentioned is the dormant pop star, Christina Milian; she hasn’t been in the spotlight for quite some time now, and a stint with Dancing with the Stars might just push her sagging career needs.

There are plenty of ‘names and big names’ being thrown around. One crazy rumor is suggesting that the basketball legend, Shaquille O’Neal is soon going to sign for the show. Boy! If he does indeed sign for the show, it can be a legendary accomplishment, or it can be a legendary disaster, but it will be exciting nonetheless.

So, from Dina Lohan to Landon Donovan to Mike Tyson, surely there won’t be any shortage of star power on the next season of Dancing With the Stars; there never is and hopefully, never will be!

The producers of the hit reality TV show, Dancing with the Stars, are really sweating it out as they furiously work on the details for the upcoming season 13.

And guess who they have approached for an appearance on the show?

Not one but two Lohans!

First, they had approached Lindsay Lohan, who as we all know has been fighting with personal issues. Yeah, let’s call it that for now.

After some very serious negotiations with Lindsay and her people over a pot of marijuana and wads of hash, the talks failed to reach a conclusion, well, primarily because they ran out of pot!

Sorry, just couldn’t resist the pot jokes.

Anyway, the Dancing With The Stars crew was disappointed after being unable to persuade Lindsay to sign on the dotted line.

Guess, who was next on their list?

The fame-hungry, much maligned mother of Lindsay! Ladies and gentlemen please shift your attention to the woman known as Dina Lohan.

The woman, who we all know, has been trying to make a TV career out of her daughter’s problems.

This might sound bizarre, but what type of a mother would take a camera crew from Entertainment Today to meet her 20 something daughter, who is admitted in a rehab clinic?

Certainly, not a normal one!

Do you remember the series called Living Lohan, where Dina put her 15 years old daughter, Ali, on the pedestal, for everyone to see and judge her?

Bravo! Mrs. Lohan, bravo!

No guys, Brooke Burke hasn’t left her beau, David Charvet.

In fact, she has been spending quality time with her four kids, who immensely miss her, due to her excessively busy schedule.
But, she never misses any chance to go on a date with them.

How sweet is that?

Usually celebs don’t get time to have one-on-one time with their family and friends, but, if they somehow manage to do it, then it is not less than a holiday for them.

I guess most of the celebs don’t even know what their kids do, when they go out for their shoots.

Perhaps, Brooke understands the relevance of spending time with her family, which is why she spends maximum time with her kids and partner.

Brooke knows how to maintain a perfect balance between her personal and professional life.

In one of her old interviews, she shared that each kid of hers, brought something new to her family and all the kids have made her world, all the more beautiful.

DWTS Judge’s Offensive Remarks on Saucy Salsa!

Dancing with the Stars is widely known for its judges and their special comments. But, Bruno Tonioli’s recent comments indicate that he will be remembered more for his vulgar remarks! While passing judgment on Karina Smirnoff, he forgot that at times your outspoken attitude puts you in trouble!

Bruno’s incisive comments left the contestants and the audience flabbergasted. Keeping your curiosity in mind let me tell you all about it!
Undoubtedly, the salsa moves of Karina and Ralph Macchio were seductive, but it did not justify Bruno’s offensive remarks. His vulgar comments put the girl in such an embarrassing state that her eyes became moist within a few seconds. Bruno gave several explanations, but if the censor board has censored it, it must be awfully controversial.

The contestants’ faces made clear their distress. To lighten the atmosphere, Carrie Ann Inaba appreciated the performance. Len Goodman also criticized the duo, but his tone was not rude. According to him, the couple’s dance wasn’t synchronized and was too sensual to be judged as salsa. At the end of their performance, the couple landed with 23 points.

Coming back to Bruno’s comments, I think judges should think twice before making any harsh comments.

Petra Nemcova relives her escape from the claws of death!

I was startled to watch Czech Supermodel, Petra Nemcova’s, revelation that she nearly quit the dance based reality TV show, Dancing with the Stars, to help the search and rescue efforts in Japan.

Petra told that she felt a strong sense of déjà vu when she saw the horrific pictures of the destruction left by the earthquake and the tsunami.

Petra has faced the same fear, when she was struck in Thailand following the massive tsunami waves that struck Thailand, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Petra was in Thailand with her then fiancé, Simon Atlee.

The couple were caught unaware by the tsunami waves and Petra held on to a palm tree for more than 8 hours till the rescue team found her, but her fiancé was swept by the killing waves and died.

I was moved to tears, as I heard her recounting her ordeal.

The highlight of Dancing With the Stars, confessed that it took more than 3 months for her to get back on her feet.
You just cannot stop praising her for her unwavering courage and inner strength as she went back to Thailand and distributed food to the survivors.

Moreover, Petra became a star in the true sense as she founded the Happy Hearts Fund, which takes care of more than 31,000 kids, today.

Since then, Petra has been involved in humanitarian projects and is eager to highlight the Happy Hearts Fund, through her participation in Dancing With The Stars. The good thing is that she seems to have found love again and is now engaged to Jamie Belman.

I hope the Petra and her partner, Dmitry Chaplin, are able to achieve their goal with the new season of Dancing With The Stars.

Donnell also added that she is in the midst of writing her book on politics, and that is something which is on a higher priority in her list of to-dos!

I guess, we better leave it to fate, and just wonder if we’ll see her, being a part of Dancing with the Stars episodes or not!

But I’m sure the woman has already grabbed the attention of many, even before she is officially a part of the show!
